Travel Resources

Need a place to stay?

I recommend the following:

Booking.com

I use Booking.com for nearly all of my stays around the world. It’s easy to use with no hidden fees.

Need a flight?

Qatar Airways is a great way to fly.

Looking for things to do?

I recommend Viator. I’ve done lots of experiences through them. Click on the green Viator box to  save on those fun times you will have.

Another popular way to find some adventures wherever you travel is GetYourGuide:

  300*250

Need a car to get you around?

Try Economy Bookings. They have more than 20,000 rental shops in 150 different countries.

Need travel bags?

Pakt has some great bags that are plastic-free and sustainable.

Need to connect when you arrive?

eSims are a great way to avoid roaming charges and you don’t need a tiny plastic chip to insert.

My husband has been using airalo for awhile now and really likes it. Now that I have a newer iPhone with eSim capabilities, I will be using it as well.

Visiting the United States?

Don’t be left with a HUGE medical bill:

What is the best way to shop? Second-hand, of course!

I am currently downsizing, so I can move to France. I will be posting lots of items for sale over the next year or so.

You can find my items on OfferUp and Poshmark.

You can sign up for Poshmark and use the code PERSNICKETYKIT to get $10 for joining.
